The bed and breakfast is located on the upper level of the Tudor style heritage home. All rooms have private bath. Two rooms, one with a gentle oriental theme, the other Victorian in decor, with private sitting room and fire place, have sweeping views of the ocean from their patios. The Victorian style Green and Blue Rooms (in which author Rudyard Kipling often stayed) that overlook the garden. The original bathrooms have soaker tubs.

After enjoying coffee and juice in bed, relax over breakfast which typically features fresh fruit, home-made granola and yoghurt, followed by your choice of a traditional English Breakfast with all the trimmings, or the chef's speciality of the day: perhaps West Coast Potato Pancakes, with home-smoked salmon, topped with poached eggs and Hollandaise Sauce, or French Toast Island Style.
