Welcome to the issue. It's been a very strange ride for the tourism industry. Have we fastened our seatbelts?

I have stopped asking, "what next?" because there seems to always be some sort of mess in the news that is discouraging people from travelling. I think we all need to take the time to look at the only thing that matters: customer service.

At Quokka Systems we have taken on the task of being proactive and looking for ways to enhance our customers' experience with our service. To this end we have a new promotion coming and are putting more nuts and bolts information into our newsletter without, hopefully, being boring.

Please welcome aboard The Victoria Flower and Garden Show as our newest Marketing Affiliate. I have had the pleasure of attending their show at Royal Roads University & Hately Castle. (Also the X-Men's headquarters!) It's wonderful to have them on board.
