People who use the Internet assume that web pages are dynamic, changing as new and exciting things happen in your business.

Therefore it's important that you regularly update your web page and let people know.

Check your own web page today. If you have a "site last revised" date, and the date is older than a week, you are losing visitors. They will assume your site is out of date and the rates are not accurate.

Similarly, if you have a counter of how many visitors you've had, remove it. The number is only relevant to you, not your guests.
