Account Types for the Quokka Online Booking System are designed to match the needs of different types of businesses. Our standard Executive account allows for full online booking bundled with the marketing features. For businesses not ready to take on full online booking, there is the Reservation Request Form.
The Reservation Request Form captures guest requests in a structured format and provides a secure location on the Internet for the operator to review bookings and collect credit card information. Most importantly, the form tells guests when you have blacked out dates. This is great service for the guest as they won't waste time putting in requests for sold out dates. The account can upgrade seamlessly to full online booking without losing any customer or booking data. This account is priced as either a monthly or annual fee.
The Executive account is our regular account that gives full real time control over all settings in the Quokka Online Booking System. It also provides full access to the marketing and customer data that are produced by online bookings.
There is a one-time set-up fee which covers personalized training and account initiation. After that, it is pay-as-you go based on a percentage of the pre-tax booking amount. There are no other fees. All upgrades, support and service are covered by the service charges. If you don't make money; we don't make money.
